Disabled parking available outside the centre, and a disabled toilet inside the centre and at the back of Swallow Barn. Swallow Barn is wheelchair-accessible and the visitor centre itself is via the café. The boardwalk is suitable for wheelchairs and mobility vehicles. On the reserve ground may be rough and even in places and can be very wet in parts.
